Our SOCIAL EMPOWERMENT IDEA was born out of a community initiative that recognized the detrimental effects of lack of internet access on education, business, and social inclusion in rural Kenya. Starting with small Wi‑Fi hotspots in local markets and schools, the business grew by partnering with local indiduals, CBOs and youth groups to expand coverage.
Phase 1: Pilot hotspots in Kitale and Kakuma markets.
Phase 2: Expansion into schools and vocational centers, supporting KCSE preparation and digital literacy.
Phase 3: Solar‑powered towers in Turkana, ensuring connectivity even in off‑grid areas.
Phase 4 (Future): Fibre partnerships and satellite integration to scale coverage nationally.
